- Check your email: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
- Visit the carrier's website: Use the tracking number provided to follow your parcel's journey directly on the courier's tracking page.
- Allow up to 24 hours: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your dispatch confirmation email is sent.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (available at checkout)

Haven't Received Your Dispatch Email?
If it's been more than 2 working days since you placed your order and you haven't received a dispatch confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact our team with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.
