How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free delivery?

Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.

Are your products safety certified?
Yes. Every product we stock meets UK and EU safety standards. Car seats in our range carry ECE R129 (i-Size) certification, and all sleep products comply with current safe sleep guidelines.
Do your products come with a warranty?

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy on most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.
